Please keep praying for my niece Khloee. She had major brain surgery on New Years day to remove a tumor. She will be 2 on January 9. This child has had enough in her young life. She was born prematurely and spent her first few months in the hospital, now this. Please also pray for her parents Josh and Tara. They need our support as they deal with the stress of a sick baby.

O God, the strength of the weak and the comfort of sufferers: mercifully accept our prayers and grant to your servant (khloee) the help of your power, that her sickness "will" be turned into health and our sorrow into joy; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

For those of you who have been praying for Khloee, just an update. She had her first chemotherapy session over the weekend. It takes 3 days each time when she is admitted to Childrens Hospital in Pittsburgh. After the chemo is finished she will then have radiation therapy. It will require taking her from Greenville to Pittsburgh on a daily basis for the treatments. All together these treatments will last for the next 11 months. Josh and Tara (her parents) need our prayers as well as they make thes trips back and forth to Pittsburgh to get this child to her appointments. The good news is that the treatments are for preventative measures only as the doctors can find no trace of cancer left in her system. PRAISE GOD!!!!
